PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY STATEMENT

 

This page describes the Studio Legale D’Atnuono website procedures in relation to the processing of personal data of users consulting the same.

 

Our policy statement is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 679/2006 (hereinafter referred to as the Italian Privacy Code) to those who interact with the web services of Studio Legale D’Antuono. The policy statement is based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 which the European authorities for protection of personal data, in a meeting of the Group established pursuant to art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for on-line collection of personal data and, in particular, procedures, timing and nature of information which data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

The Data Controller is Studio Legale D’Antuono of the Lawyer Gerardo D’Antuono, with office in via Alessandro III, 6 - 00165 Rome (Italy). We inform you that the personal data collected will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulations.

 

PROCESSING PURPOSE OF COLLECTED DATA

Following consultation of this website the personal data of users, being natural persons or legal entities or other bodies interested in our services and which, for this purpose, send specific requests via e-mail or by completing any forms available on the website, may be collected. Studio Legale D’Antuono will process data collected in this manner solely in order to fulfill requests expressly made by the user. The data will not be disclosed to the public. It may be disclosed to third parties, autonomous data controllers, only when absolutely necessary in order to provide the service requested by the user. In any case, where the collection of personal data is envisaged, precise information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 679/2006, which also specifies the categories of persons in charge of processing who can access the data and the procedures with which an updated list of any Data Processors, i.e. persons authorised by Studio Legale D’Antuono to process personal data, can be requested.

CANCELLATION REQUEST

Pursuant to Decree 679/2006, the user has the right to know, at any time, which of his/her data is in the possession of our Law firm by contacting, directly or through his/her representative, the Data Controller; the user also has the right to have the data updated, integrated, rectified or cancelled, request blocking of the same and object to its processing.
